The short version is Saturday the new bridge at the Leaders Park singletrack project was full installed. We began at 9 AM and I was the last to leave just before 4 PM.
The trusses were bolted together, hefted across the span, bolted in place, and the deck with handrails completely installed. I'll get some random park pictures, including the new bridge, next weekend.
Somehow I've ended up with a rather large bruise on the back of my left hand. I have multiple cuts and scrapes. I must have acquired these during the heat of the battle with the bridge. I don't recall them, though.
Saturday night was Beervana on Monk's. The proverbial cat was let fully out of the proverbial bag. I suspect this was mere confirmation of an assumption. Never the less, I sometimes put myself on a slippery slope.
